We all have the power to give a funny - to fight back against the injustices of the world with the one weapon we all have, laughter.
Dad dancing can raise money. An ostrich costume can help push for equality. Wonky cakes can help fight poverty. A Red Nose can connect us all. This campaign is all about how we all have the ability to make a real difference by just doing small things like, wearing a Red Nose and laughing at the TV.
You will never truly know, nor appreciate, how difficult it was to pursued Dame Judi Dench, to take a hoover to Benedict Cumberbatch’s face. But we got there in the end - all in the name of charity,

We created an entire design identity for the Funny is Power campaign alongside in-house, Lead Pablo Designer, Mark Harrison.
Creating the brand world, logo, iconography, visual assets, Mark worked to create a colourful design world, fusing Tom van Schelven’s photography, headlines and bespoke symbols that brought to life not only the personality of the brand but also the messaging of the campaign.
We wanted to create a visual world for the campaign that captures the energy and excitement of fun.
Funny is unpredictable and never monotonous, so we combined different elements of photography, type, and illustration to give us the flexibility to create visuals that are as varied as funny itself.
