Change The Game’ is the BBC’s new commitment to women’s sport –a campaign that seeks to reframe ‘women’s sport’ to simply ‘sport’.
Through a summer’s worth of TV, OOH, experiential, digital and social activity, we wanted to show how gender doesn’t define an athlete - what they look like, isn’t who they are. It’s not how or why they play. Women are not better. Likewise, they are never less. Skill is skill, sport is sport and there’s only a difference if we choose to see one.
The campaign launched with the above trail, announcing BBC Sport’s commitment to #ChangeTheGame for the better forever followed by 2months worth of OOH and social.
